SACRIFICE OF JESUS—WHAT IT MEANS

   
Jesus suffered many things. He was wounded, bruised, and stricken. He
shed His blood, He died, and He rose from the dead. All these and others
have very significant meanings.
BORE-He bore our griefs-ref Isa 53:4

BORE-He shall bear their iniquities-Isa 53:11

CARRIED-our sorrows-Isa 53:4
WOUNDED-for our transgressions-Isa 53:5
